By using this website and our 3D printing services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

                    LIABILITY


                3D printed parts are manufactured layer-by-layer and may not
                possess the same strength, durability, or thermal resistance as
                mass-produced injection molded parts. 


                WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
                    PURPOSE.

                You agree that you are solely responsible for determining
                whether a 3D printed part is suitable for your intended
                application. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss
                resulting from the failure, breakage, or misuse of any item
                printed by us. Do not use 3D printed parts for critical safety
                applications, load-bearing structures, or in high-heat
                environments unless you have independently verified their
                safety.
            

1. Prohibited Items Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We will strictly NOT print:

Weapons: Firearms, firearm components (receivers, magazines, sears), knives, brass knuckles, or any device designed to inflict bodily harm.
Illegal Items: Credit card skimmers, lock-picking tools, key cloners, or drug paraphernalia.
Obscene Material: Explicit sexual content or hate speech imagery.

If you upload a file that violates this policy, your order will be cancelled immediately. If the content is illegal, we may report it to relevant authorities.

2. Intellectual Property & DMCA

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the files you upload, or have a valid license (e.g., Creative Commons) permitting you to manufacture the object.

We act as a manufacturing service provider. We do not claim ownership of your files. Your files are deleted from our servers automatically after the order is processed to protect your intellectual property.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed by a user of our service, please contact us immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing:

No Returns: We cannot accept returns on custom-made items.
Defects: If the item arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., layer shifting), you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint the item at no cost.
Design Errors: We are not responsible for design flaws in your file (e.g., walls that are too thin, parts that don't fit together). We print exactly what you upload.

4. Pricing and Payments

The price quoted on the website is an estimate. The final charge will be authorized at checkout. If the actual material cost is significantly lower than estimated, we may capture a lower amount. If the file requires significant repair or manual labor not calculated in the quote, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Flagler County, Florida.
